It also supplys DIY Hardware Kits to wholesales and shops. Founded in 1995, the company has been playing an important role in the development of many industrial realities at its field.
We provide a variety of products in a timely and reliable manner, and emphasize high quality. And also we support customized products which totally meet the requirements of customers.
We established a Washer Factory(H.J Fastener) in 1995, and now we develop into an integrated factory in a diversity of Washers, Stamping Hardware & Clamps, etc.
The company covers an area of about 18,000 square meters and includes:
Tools & Dies Department: Stocking the dies of standard;
Products & developing dies for new products or special parts;
Production Department: Manufacturing standard and special parts;
Deburring House: Polishing and washing products;
Raw Material Warehouse: Preparation of production;
Test Department: Controling the goods 99.9% quality;
Packing Warehouse: Inspecting & sorting, and assemble OEM/ODM packing;
Stock Warehouse: Holding the standard products for customers in stock for 24 hrs & keeping customer ordered material;
Outsourcing Management Department: Surface treatment, heat treatment outsourcing, cold pier forming outsourcing, laser cutting outsourcing, semi-finished product factory outsourcing.
