FEATURES

Because of their large outside diameter (OD), Fender Washers offer an extra-wide bearing surface that is useful when working with oversized or irregularly shaped holes and when fastening soft materials that could benefit from increased support. Washer size refers to its nominal hole size and is based on screw size. The screw size for Fender Washers less than 1/4" is commonly specified as a fraction rather than a number size: 1/8" is #6, 5/32" is #8, and 3/16" is #10. The outside diameter (OD) of these washers is much larger than normal.
